Area Preparation

Make sure your space is clean, clear, and fully prepared before installation. Simulators cannot be installed in areas that are still under construction.

Pre-Installation Video Walkthrough

We recommend scheduling a video call with our team before installation to walk through your space and confirm that all electrical and A/V connections are properly prepared. Contact us once you’re ready.

Installation Timeframe

Installation typically takes 2–3 days per simulator, though some cases may require additional time.

Included Services

• For Ski Simulators, installation and one training session are included in the online price. During this training, we will teach up to 5 people how to operate the simulator and certify up to 2 individuals on care procedures.

• For BotBoxer, installation is not included but can be purchased as an additional service. Many customers who feel tech-savvy choose to assemble the BotBoxer themselves using our guidelines, video manual, and phone support for assistance.

Travel Expenses

Travel expenses for our installation team are not included in the online quotes. These costs are calculated based on the installation location. Please contact us for a complete quote, including travel expenses.
