Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch
Once we receive your final payment, we will dispatch your simulator to the shipping company within15 days or sooner. For deliveries to the United States and Canada, we handle customs clearance, paperwork, and cover all import duties.
Air Shipping
The air shipping process typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on container and plane space availability. Our simulators are shipped from overseas using consolidated freight, where shipments from multiple shippers may be combined into one container before dispatch. This consolidation may cause minor delays before shipping.
Delivery Estimate
We always aim to deliver your simulator as quickly as possible; however, shipping delays are outside our control. Once your simulator is confirmed on a flight by the shipping company, we will provide you with an updated delivery estimate.
