Care & Warranty 

Each simulator comes with an 18-month limited warranty, covering free repair or replacement of faulty parts due to manufacturing defects, provided that all operation and maintenance rules are followed.

During installation, we will train one or two of your specialists on the simulator's operation and care. It is your responsibility to have them available for training. These certified specialists will oversee routine checkups and serve as the primary contacts for any service-related questions. To ensure a smooth training process, your selected specialists should have at least intermediate PC skills and basic tool proficiency (e.g., screwdriver, wrench, electric meter).

Most simulator errors can be quickly resolved through remote diagnostics, avoiding the need for an on-site service visit. If errors arise, your certified specialist can contact our support team for remote troubleshooting and efficient resolution. While our simulators are advanced, most errors are minor and can be addressed swiftly with the right expertise. Having trained specialists on your team ensures small problems are handled promptly, keeping operations smooth and minimizing disruptions.

Replacement Parts

If any parts are found to be defective within your warranty period, we will promptly ship replacement components and request the return of the faulty parts for assessment.

Remote Problem Resolution

Most issues can be resolved remotely without the need for an on-site visit.

No Downtime Compensation

We do not compensate for downtime during warranty repairs.
